Mr. Warren Henderson, President

Mr. Henderson has 15 year s of software engineering experience, with the most recent 9 years in hands on leadership of client/server, Graphical User Interface (GUI), business application design, development, and support projects. He has worked on statewide implementation of HiCAMS, DOT’s premier client/server application, as well as the migration, enhancement, and deployment of the DOT Human Resources PAMS application. He had primary responsibility for the design, development, and deployment of three EPA national LAN 3-tier, client/server applications – two in PowerBuilder/ Oracle and one in Lotus Notes. His work in building reusable object libraries at Bayer Pharmaceuticals accelerated the development and deployment of client/server applications at Bayer in the last two years. He has 13 years of business application design, development, and support experience in the IBM mainframe, minicomputer, and PC/ LAN environments and has implemented client/server technologies in stand-alone PC and micro-to-mainframe environments. He has 5 year s of Oracle and PowerBuilder Graphical User Interface (GUI) design, development, and support experience, as well as Sybase DBMS experience at DOT. He has a thorough knowledge of a wide range of programming languages (C++, COBOL II, PowerBuilder’s PowerSoft, SQL), multiple database management systems (ADABASE, DB2, dBase, Focus, FoxPro, MS Access, Oracle, Sybase, and Watcom), in diverse operating systems (MVS, OS/ 2, Sun Solar is, Unix, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows NT), using a variety of network protocols (TCP/ IP, IPX, SPX, SNA), on heterogeneous platforms (AS/ 400, IBM PCs, Prime, IBM ES9000, 3090, and 4381 mainframes, Sperry 1100, Sun, VAX 8650, Wang).
